Para juara gender dari berbagai negara, sektor, dan bidang ini masing-masing diakui atas Komitmen Kepemimpinan, Kepemimpinan Pemuda, Tempat Kerja yang Inklusif Gender, Pasar Responsif Gender, Keterlibatan Komunitas dan Industri, dan Aksi COVID-19 mereka yang luar biasa.
Pemenang

Emma Sri Martini, Director of Finance, PT Pertamina (Persero)
Emma Sri Martini is a gender advocate who always encourages gender mainstreaming. In addition to being a director in PT Pertamina (Persero), a state-owned oil and gas company in Indonesia, she also took the initiative to become the Chairperson of PERTIWI and one of the Head of Division of Srikandi BUMN. While PERTIWI is a women-led community in the company to facilitate female employee wellbeing and career advancement, Srikandi BUMN shared the same value for wider scope that covers state-owned enterprises in Indonesia. Emma strives for the integration of gender initiatives into various company programs at Pertamina and BUMN. The goal of gender mainstreaming is to encourage corporate sustainability through increasing gender equality.

PT Amartha Mikro Fintek
Amartha is a micro-financing company that bridge women micropreneurs with online potential lenders. As a company that has a vision of creating equitable prosperity through empowering women, Amartha also applies the principles of women's empowerment within the company. Amartha strives to eliminate gender bias in companies through transparency, company regulations and supportive activities.

PT. AMAAN Indonesia Sejahtera
AMAAN Indonesia is a digital-based platform whose mission is to prosper women micro entrepreneurs and their families, by providing financing and other services to support their businesses and livelihood. AMAAN carries the principle of "Work and Worship in Harmony", provides opportunities to work for thousands of women in Indonesia as financing agents, as well as being an employee in the company where 80% of their employee is female.

Think.Web
Think.Web is an impact agency, creating meaningful impact for brands and social enterprises through technology and creative innovation. They develop a social unit called Think.Women that supports the creative social development of women enterpreneurs. Think.Women promotes women empowerment through education, technology and finance (entrepreneurship). Perempuan Maju Digital (Digital Advance Women) is a flagship program to provide mentoring and digital workshop to women, such as digital marketing, advertising and branding, and content writing.






Evermos
Evermos is a platform as well as an ecosystem that bridges local brands and reseller to sell authentic Indonesian products. Having more than 70% of female resellers, Evermos believes that they could bring more value to their resellers if they use a more gender-sensitive business perspective. Hence, they took the step to create a comprehensive sustainability report to capture their current position in gender equality and women empowerment initiatives, and serve as an information hub for cross-functional department to allow more engagement to their social impact purpose.
Runner Up Pertama

FM Venusiana R, Director of Consumer Service PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk
FM Venusiana R is Director of Consumer Service in PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, a state-owned information and communications technology enterprise and telecommunications network in Indonesia. As a woman leader who cares about women's empowerment and gender equality, she adopts policies to create an inclusive work environment, promote empowerment and women's leadership, as well as strengthening the role of women through connectivity and digitalization. The policy manifested through 3C (Connectivity-Charity-Creativity) and Respectful Work Policy, which are implemented at the company level and the scope of state-owned enterprises.

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk
As one of the state-owned banks, Mandiri is committed to creating a Conducive Work Environment by upholding gender equality and implementing supportive ecosystem policies/programs. This is reflected in the company efforts of an equal recruitment process, employee mobility, training & development, welfare programs, and implementation of fiscal and emotional work element management in order to create a conducive and enjoyable work atmosphere for employees. One of the notable results was former Mandiri female employees are now on the ranks of Directors at 10 state-owned enterprises in Indonesia.

PT Amartha Mikro Fintek
Amartha is a peer-to-peer lending institution that focuses on ultra-micro and micro entrepreneur women who are in the bottom of the pyramid and unbankable. In addition to loan services, Amartha also provides business assistance for their lenders so that that business owned by women in remote areas in Indonesia can be sustainable. Amartha applies Customer Protection Principles where they ensure the data security of the customers and the comfort of their borrowers with ethical lending practices.

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk
PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, a state-owned information and communications technology enterprise and telecommunications network in Indonesia. In their community engagement agenda, Telkom strives to empower women in Indonesia through economic empowerment program for pre-prosperous women group in Bantar Kambing Village, Bogor as they found significant gender gap in the area. Through such Small Medium Enterprises Funding, Training and Skills Development Initiative, Telkom aims to increase access to capital, access to competence and access to commerce.





PT Pan Brothers Tbk
As one of the largest garment manufacturing companies in Indonesia, PT Pan Brothers Tbk seeks to promote gender equality, diversity and equal work opportunities in employment opportunities, careers, self-development, as well as equal treatment for all religion, race and ethnicity, including gender. In order to be transparent and able to track progress, they document periodic sustainability reports related to social sustainability, gender equality, and corporate social responsibility activities which are then published.
