Colin Legarde Hubo

She is Belgian and started her diplomatic career at the EU 17 years ago. She has been posted in the RD Congo, Tunisia and Ethiopia. She is also organizing the Philippine Chapter of the Women Corporate Directors. Sharon graduated from the University of the Philippines-Diliman and was awarded as one of U.P. Undersecretary, Department of Trade and Industry -Regional Operations Group Prior to her appointment as Undersecretary, Usec. Blesila A. Lantayona was the Assistant Secretary of DTI-Regional Operations Group, in-charge of Kapatid Mentor ME, Shared Service facilities, Great Women Project 2, among others. She holds an MBA Degree in International Business from Ecole Europeenne des Affaires in Paris, France. Her civil service career started in NEDA Region XI, then to DTI in various technical positions, then as Provincial Director of DTI-Davao del Sur, as Assistant Regional Director of DTI-Region XI then, as Regional Director of DTI-Region III. In September 2019, she was appointed as the Undersecretary of the DTI-Regional Operations Group in-charge of 16 Regional and 81 Provincial Offices.
