"The UN Women WEPs Awards pave the way to recognize diversity and inclusion trailblazers and share gender-transformative practices in the workplace. As sustainability and ESG reporting is becoming a norm for companies, it is imperative to measure, monitor, and disclose gender-related performance in all business aspects including governance, human capital, supply chain, and engagement with stakeholders. Also, aligning corporate sustainability reports with global ambitions such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals demonstrates the companies’ commitment to promoting an inclusive, resilient, and innovative business environment."

Evidences used to build the WEPs framework and tools are valuable resource materials for companies that commit to start or advance their diversity and inclusion journey."
