In dealing with the economic impact of the pandemic, Connecting Founders has prioritized strategies that revolve around capital structuring, CFO services, and leveraging technology to lower distribution costs and reach a larger market. The company developed and implemented a successful recovery and post-pandemic financial and resiliency plan focused on capital planning and leveraging strategic partnerships for a mid-size F&B and lifestyle group with a large supply chain of small businesses in Bangkok, many owned by women.

Jittirat Tantasirin, a CEO and co-founder, ATTA Autohaus Company Limited
Jittirat Tantasirin, a CEO and co-founder of Atta Autohaus, a Mercedes-Benz automotive dealer and the first automotive digital space in Thailand, with its core values committed to sustainability, diversity, and inclusion for all. Jittirat is very well committed on her mission to create a platform to incubate and assemble new leaders who share the same commitment to encourage diversity and inclusion practices in the society. For years, she has been leading in an alliance called “Future Leaders”, working together with other organizations to encourage dialogue amongst leaders on gender inclusiveness. Furthermore, she has also been invited as an inspirational speaker, committee, panelist, and advisory on diversity and inclusion context on many fronts, such as, as a panelist on leadership and sustainability conferences, as a member of parliamentary commission of active citizenship and Thailand’s Civil Partnership Bill.
