Temui Juri
Dr. Pham Van Hong
President of Dai Nam University, Vietnam
Dr. Pham Van Hong has over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, SME training, and higher education management. Currently serving as the President of Dai Nam University, he has held significant positions: the Director of the National Institute of Science, Technology Policy and Strategy Studies; Vice Dean at the Hanoi School of Business and Management under Vietnam National University, and President of Viettronics Technology College.
Dr. Hong's research and teaching focus on entrepreneurship, SME development, value chains, and marketing management. He has authored and co-authored 40 articles published in international journals and proceedings.
He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the National Economics University in Ha Noi and has received an Executive MBA from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Dr. Hong also earned multiple degrees in business administration, business law, and English language from prestigious institutions in Viet Nam.
Dr. Duong Thi Kim Lien
Dr. Duong Thi Kim Lien is a highly respected expert in business development and innovation, with over 20 years of experience in SME development, startups, women entrepreneurship, market linkages, and quality assurance. She serves as the Director of the Institute of Business Innovation Accelerator, where she drives technological innovation and supports business incubation across various sectors in Viet Nam. She is the Head of Impact Village at Techfest Viet Nam, an annual science and technology festival organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology. She is the Co-founder, Chairwoman, and CEO of Campus-K, a pioneering co-working space and business innovation network that facilitates collaboration between Korean SMEs and Vietnamese startups.
Dr. Lien has managed numerous projects of World Bank, USAID, SIDA, and ADB. She has worked extensively in capacity building, supporting the development of Business Support Organizations, enhancing the SME ecosystem, promoting women’s participation in the digital economy in Viet Nam.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Nga
Deputy Director, Office for Business Sustainable Development, VCCI.
Ms. Nga has more than 20 years of experience working for the Office of Enterprises for Sustainable Development, VCCI.
Ms. Nga has participated in implementing and coordinating many activities and projects on capacity building and improving the business environment for enterprises, occupational safety and hygiene, vocational training for disadvantaged youth in the tourism and hotel sector, improving productivity for Vietnamese enterprises, supporting enterprises in developing and implementing the 2030 Agenda. Besides, Ms. Nga is in charge of the Social Labor section of the annual Sustainable Enterprises Assessment and Announcement Program (CSI Program) organized by VCCI.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao

Mrs. Thao has 20 years working for VCCI in different departments: APEC CEO Summit Secretariat Committee 2006; Coordinator of the Institute of Information Technology for business (2006 – 2009); Head of Secretariat of ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs’ Network (AWEN) 2014 – 2016; Deputy Director, Vice Chairwoman of Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council (VWEC) (2009 - now).
Mrs. Thao has many experiences in supporting and protecting legal rights of women entrepreneurs: trade and investment promotion; policy advocacy and consultation; start-up and women entrepreneurship; capacity for women-led enterprises, promotinge harmonious labor relationship, gender equality and women empowerment in enterprises.
She graduated from Hanoi Foreign Trade University in 2005; Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in 2023 and received master’s degree in Project for Innovation and Enterprise Projects Management from Nante University in 2014.
