She is also the executive director of the China Human Rights Center of Renmin University, which is the National Base of the Ministry of Education for Human Rights Education and Training. Dr. Lu is a member of the Human Rights Lawyers’ Network of the Law Association for Asia and the Pacific. Her research is focused on international human rights law, employment discrimination, women’s rights, LGBTI rights.
